We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with CSV Bank Converter for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked. We also provide a free preview of extracted data before purchase so you can verify the quality of the conversion before committing.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase
- You are not satisfied with the service for any reason
Additionally, refunds outside the 30-day window may be considered if:
- You experienced a technical issue on our end that prevented you from downloading your converted file
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge)
What's Not Covered
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (except for technical issues or billing errors)
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
Per-File Purchases ($2.99)
For individual file conversions at $2.99 per file, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund promptly.
5-File Pack Purchases ($9.99)
The 5-File Pack provides 5 conversions that never expire. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Unused credits are non-transferable but if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Day Pass Purchases ($24.99)
Day Pass purchases provide unlimited conversions for 24 hours. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies. If you are not satisfied with the Day Pass for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@csvbankconverter.com with:
- Your email address used for the purchase
- The date of purchase
- A description of the issue you experienced
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund processing. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly regarding your refund. For payment-related inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through their support page.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your access to the Service being suspended.
